Blatta & Inesha

What do you get when you cross techno, Dim Mak, and aggressive electro bass? Perhaps one of the hardest hitting duos from ‘AWESOME TOWN’, Italy. Blatta & Inesha have been defining their sound for a number of years, ranging from heavy techno (see ‘Senegal’) to insanely heavy electro (see the remix of ‘Walking on a Line’). It’s nice to see a little of everything from producers that venture into such heavy realms. It’s also nice to hear a duo consistently release bangers over numbers of years without fail, from 2009 banger ‘Pidgeon Flu’ to the drum and bassy stylings of ‘Where is It’ this year. I have it on good authority that they throw down an incredible DJ set as well, and hope to see more out of them in the coming year. Enjoy!
