I’ve always been a fan of Drop the Lime’s production, and have been looking for a live set to listen to for awhile. I’ve heard rumors of a ‘Rock Around the Clock’/'Johnny B. Goode’ routine, which excited the shit out of me. Luckily, a bunch of the sets from I Love Techno were released a month ago, with Drop the Lime’s among them. The set is incredibly high energy and heavy hitting, with his signature percussion style dominating the first part of the set, and that old school rock routine finishing it off – the last two tracks are the original ‘Surfin’ Bird’ from the Trashmen, and Drop the Lime’s remix as the final song. It’s a great set and a really fun listen, enjoy!
