With the huge response we got from the 30 minutes of terror K Theory gave us in Guest Mix #1, we knew we had to step it up for Guest Mix #2. To start off our summer guest mix series we chose a DJ who was has been wrecking dancefloors for years with both his production and mixing.
His name is Lee Mortimer. The entire genre of fidget house is practically inseparable from the name Lee Mortimer. In 2008 no self-respecting wobbly house fueled party could have been complete without a Lee Mortimer track dropped somewhere in the night. Lee boasts collaborations with some of the biggest players in EDM like Laidback Luke, Foamo and recently AutoKratz. Just as we did with guest mix #1, we requested Lee Mortimer pack his guest mix with originals. Lee burns through some serious heaters in this mix. The mix includes 2 tracks from Lee Mortimer’s new Heavy EP released under his newest alter-ego, Tymer. Heavy is a groovy, garage influenced departure from his harder electro and fidget sound. He also managed to throw in a few unreleased bangers out soon on his label, Wearhouse Music. Now, crank that sub up, press play and see what happens.
