NEEDS are a Parisien DJ and production duo.  And… that is as much information about them as exists on the internet.  Moving on, roeVy (whose recent track Blacksmoke got a write up by yours truly) did a remix for them on their Mouse Dance remix EP.  If you heard their Blacksmoke/Whitesmoke EP, you understand that these guys are capable of some serious dark electro-techno.  The Mouse Dance remix has an abrasive tribal vibe to it.  The tribal percussion samples are subtle, but are what make the song the banger that it is.  It makes me want to go on a middle of the night jaguar hunt.  I haven’t said that about a track in a while.  It’s seriously that good.  Check it out below.  The entire release is out now on Beatport.  Be sure to pick it up if you like it!
